Listed below are the terms and conditions all clients must agree to in order to be treated at Day by Day Esthetics. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking your service.
Appointments & Cancellations
- A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately at 704-690-5023 or via email at daybydayesthetics@gmail.com .Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will incur a 50% service charge.
- Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. At DaybyDay we will do our best to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment on short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
- If you arrive late to your appointment, you will still be charged for the entirety of the service.
